FINANCIAL SYSTEMS USING QUICKBOOKS

Having the right financial tools to determine how your business is doing and where it is going is a must!  Quickbooks by Intuit is a relatively easy to use accounting software package for small/intermediate size businesses.  We can help you set up your Quickbooks to match your unique business requirements and have you on your way maintaining financial data in a professional manner.

Our services include the set up of the software, training sessions so you can utilize it on a daily basis, and periodic evaluations.

This will not only provide your business with the visibility it needs, but will greatly aid your CPA at tax time.

FINANCIAL REVIEWS

We will review your Quickbooks information (don't want to use the term "audit"....but rather a review of your books from a correctness standpoint and an assessment of the financial income statement and balance sheet) on a quarterly basis or any other timing you are comfortable with.

This will help ensure your data is being handled correctly and will minimize the adjustments made by your CPA.

PROPOSAL PREPARATION/REVIEW

If you are preparing a proposal in response to a Federal or State Government Request for Proposal (RFP), FBA can assist in the preparation of the proposal especially in the areas of Project Management and Pricing.  Assistance can also be provided to set up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), financial/schedule reporting, and other data requirements to fulfill contract requirements.

Technical writing services are also offered.  If you need a document, report, paper, or manual written in an easy to understand fashion while at the same time conveying technical content, we may be of assistance to you.  (Our specialty is in the Aerospace area.)

FBA also brings together several active-retired Rocketdyne (previously a division of Rockwell International, now a part of Boeing / P&W) executives offering a broad background in government contracting (especially with the NASA and Air Force) including project management from proposal preparation, to Phase B study contracts, through development and into production.  These executives have electrical and mechanical engineering backgrounds and have been very successful in their careers and can do a critical review of your completed proposal to verify that it meets the RFP requirements (a "Red Team" review).

PROJECT BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

FBA can help your company set up the organization (work breakdown structure), scheduling, financial tracking, and reporting for projects of any size.  We have many years of successful experience in this aspect of Project Management.
